Inspired by the vibrancy of spring, from bold citrus to bright matcha and purple ube, the menu showcases layered flavors, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful artistry in every cup and plate.

Iced Ube Coconut Latte

Starbucks Reserve Espresso and coconut milk poured over ice, topped with ube coconut cold foam and finished with a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
New Paradise Pour Duo Flight

A tasting flight featuring two new, visually striking layered beverages.
The New Coconut Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew features Starbucks Reserve’s innovative Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew, layered with coconut cream cold foam and topped with strawberry pieces.
The New Watermelon Coconut Matcha is layered with coconut water, sweet watermelon purée and vibrant matcha.
Both delicious beverages are available as a part of this flight or for individual purchase.
New Blooming Yuzu Espresso

Created by the first-ever Starbucks Global Barista Champion, Nobuki Shimode of Japan, this signature beverage was the winning creation from more than 84,000 other barista submissions worldwide. Featuring bold Starbucks Reserve Espresso with bright yuzu purée, this beverage is finished with yuzu cold foam and a touch of pink salt.
Beginning this spring, customers can add ube coconut cold foam to any beverage creation for an extra pop of flavor and color.

New Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Hirut

This bright and complex medium roast is rooted in the vision of two women committed to their family’s coffee legacy. With vibrant notes of blood orange and baking spices, it reflects a story of transformation and empowerment. They transformed a neglected washing station into a thriving hub that now employs over 400 people — 95% of them women. Available exclusively at Starbucks Reserve Roasteries scoop bars, this coffee is as inspiring as it is flavorful.
