Workforce Diversity at Starbucks

Updated October, 2024
Starbucks is dedicated to being an inclusive, equitable, accessible and diverse company, with a responsibility to help create opportunity. We do this by fostering an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences, where every partner feels like they belong and has the support and career opportunities they deserve.
Each year, we publish our current workforce diversity data in a comprehensive and detailed manner, including our most recent filings with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Our commitment to regular progress updates remains steadfast. We will continue to share our progress regularly.
At the end of 2024, our U.S. partner base is made up 70.9% female and 28.4% male. Additionally, in the U.S. diverse partners represent more than 51.9% of our retail team and more than 37.9% of our corporate roles.
